Why I want a sub-forum:
Because I don't yet have forums of my own (but they're on my to-do-once-my-channel-gets-big-enough list.)

Yes, I will. Message boards are a passion of mine.
Who do I want to moderate the sub-forum (you can choose yourself): I will moderate them... years ago, I was a moderator on (I kid you not) AOL roleplaying forums. (This was when AOL was actually one of the largest ISPs out there.)
