As we all know GTA in general is consuming a ton of our CPU. If you're streaming GTA just make sure you configure your setting to make sure you don't peak your CPU usage. You can also lower your resolution to 720p recording because, ultimately that is the Twitch cap anyway and the higher you go after that is just an entire waste of resources.
